Animals have been represented in art throughout history. 
They provide us inspiration and meaning, and have become symbols in various forms of art. 
The earliest form of art created by humans depicted animals on cave walls 30,000 years ago.

Book signing with author Ashley Rooney, forward by Gallery Owner and wood sculptor, Margery Goldberg;
and the artists from the book, Green Art: Trees, Leaves, and Roots An opportunity to meet the author and artists behind the book, Green Art: Trees, Leaves, and Roots. Artists have always been inspired by nature. The book includes a striking collection of 106 international, contemporary artists portraying their world in sculpture, glass, paint, clay, woodland other contemporary mediums, with over 500 images. These artists combine, redesign, and transform their materials into art that changes the way we perceive the world.
